To assemble the elevators requires a little riveting skill. First, the rear spar flange needs to be riveted using a special bucking bar.  I received mine in the tool kit.  It’s shaped to allow the bar to rest on the table while the rivet is driven. It took a  little getting used to but eventually I made quick work of the rear spar.

The second tricky place to rivet was connecting the top and bottom pieces of the ribs that were already back riveted to the skins. The rivets are pulled as opposed to the driven ones. The rivet squeezer can’t regrasp the rivet due to the confined space. So you have to make a shim to place between the rivet squeezer and the rivet head to complete the process. Once aging, nothing to hard just awkward
